Interim Associate Vice President, TTRO MiFID

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a contract role within the TTRO Control Function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that supports control functions for trade and transaction reporting, with a focus on MIFID and other European and US regulations. This role involves daily control, MI, and exception management processes, as well as user acceptance testing. Key accountabilities include ensuring the team executes reporting requirements and regulatory changes, performing reference data reconciliation, and fostering excellent working relationships with internal counterparts. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of OTC products, fixed income securities, and the OTC trade lifecycle, with advanced data analytics skills being preferable. Essential skills for this role at the company include an excellent understanding of front-to-back system architecture, E2E processes and controls, and good knowledge of OTC and fixed income securities. The candidate should have demonstrable relevant experience in a similar banking environment, the ability to network and build rapport with key stakeholders, and be adept at using MS Office applications. Experience in a top-tier banking institution or equivalent is required, as is the ability to work constructively across the organization and drive change when necessary. The role demands a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, a flexible, consultative working style, and the ability to ensure that all activities are in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
