The Company is seeking an Analyst for the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Testing and Monitoring team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the annual risk assessment for the market's legal entities, developing a multi-year testing plan, and prioritizing testing activities based on risk. This role involves supporting the team in performing second-line control reviews, preparing testing reports, and communicating outcomes to senior management. The Analyst will also be involved in defining and overseeing a remediation monitoring program, continuously enhancing tools and reporting mechanisms, and developing a testing framework. Integrated assurance and enterprise testing coordination are key aspects of the position, as is the ability to report findings, track remediation activities, and identify thematic risks. Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in risk management or a similar role, with a strong background in the design and implementation of second-line testing programs. Experience in assurance and control testing methodologies, as well as integrated assurance frameworks, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong business acumen, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include experience in regulatory assurance activities and a background in FCA-regulated financial services. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship and influencing skills, be proactive in identifying and addressing issues, and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
