Head of Financial Modelling, Clean Energy & Digital Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Modelling to lead and develop its modelling capabilities across clean energy and digital infrastructure projects. The role owns project finance and corporate models throughout acquisition, development, financing, and operations, and leads modelling for transactions, valuations, and investor and lender cases. Responsibilities include standardizing models and templates, establishing quality controls and governance, and collaborating with finance, development, construction, asset management, and transaction teams. The successful candidate will also advance automation and AI-enabled processes and build an in-house modelling team. Candidates should have at least four years of experience building and owning financial models in utility-scale renewables, infrastructure, or project finance. Strong technical modelling skills and familiarity with structured modelling standards are required, along with experience supporting lender due diligence and independent model audits. Applicants should be able to explain and defend models to investors, lenders, and senior stakeholders, including board-level audiences, and translate complex analysis into clear commercial decisions. The role also calls for autonomy, sound judgment, and comfort taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
