Head of Recruitment

The Company is seeking a Global Head of Recruitment to lead talent acquisition across multiple international locations in the luxury hospitality sector. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruitment for senior, corporate, and operational roles; partnering with executives and regional leaders to plan for hiring needs; and building talent pipelines for critical positions. The role also supports international expansion and workforce planning, strengthens employer branding, and monitors recruitment performance and market trends. The successful candidate will promote consistent, discreet, high-quality candidate experiences across markets. Candidates should have significant recruitment experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, five-star hotels, or international lifestyle settings, with a proven record of hiring across multiple markets. Experience recruiting senior hospitality executives, general managers, executive chefs, and operational leaders is required, along with an established international industry network. Strong stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential. The role also calls for a proactive, hands-on approach, strategic planning ability, discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
