Lay Trustee (Board-level role)

The Company is in search of a Lay Trustee to join its Board and play a key role in the strategic leadership, oversight, and governance of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with fellow Trustees to develop and approve strategies, scrutinize organizational performance, and ensure the effective management of resources, risks, and safeguarding.
