The Company is seeking an SVP, Strategy and Regional Strategy Lead for the EMEA region. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction for healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring that the strategic work is locally relevant, globally aligned, and commercially impactful. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regional strategy development, driving new business growth, and building and mentoring high-performing strategy teams. This includes guiding omni-channel brand strategy, commercialization planning, and integrated communications programs for both HCP and consumer audiences. The role also involves close partnership with global and regional leadership teams to deliver integrated strategic recommendations that support measurable client and business outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical strategy, life sciences consulting, or integrated agency strategy roles, with a proven track record of leadership across regional or global accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and growing strategy teams, as well as a successful history of leading new business pitches and commercial growth initiatives. Experience in developing omni-channel brand strategy and a comfort with leveraging AI in strategic planning are essential. Desired qualifications include experience across multiple therapeutic areas, a network within the EMEA healthcare ecosystem, and a background in partnering with global teams on integrated healthcare brand initiatives.
