The Vice President will also be at the forefront of implementing innovative technology solutions to strengthen operational controls and will be empowered to anticipate challenges and continuously improve risk management practices. Applicants must have a strong background in internal/external audit, operational risk reviews, or targeted risk assessments within financial services or a related industry. The role requires advanced business analytics skills, the ability to conduct root cause analysis, and a proven track record of identifying and remediating control gaps. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build partnerships across various functions.
