The Company is seeking a Financial Crime Business Analyst VP to join their global strategic program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing change projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while adhering to regulatory and internal standards. Key accountabilities include the development and management of project plans, effective communication with stakeholders, and the management of project teams, budgets, and risks. The role also involves facilitating change management activities to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Applicants for the Financial Crime Business Analyst VP role at the company should have a substantial background in agile projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and considerable experience in financial crime projects. The role requires a proven track record in running working groups, authoring user stories, and mapping and documenting processes. Experience in financial crime intelligence and/or investigations change projects is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and possess the necessary technical skills for the role.
