The Company is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering to provide strategic leadership and technical vision for its software engineering division. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term technical strategy, leading multiple engineering teams, and driving innovation in product development. This senior leadership role requires a focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software systems, as well as aligning engineering efforts with business objectives. The VP of Software Engineering will also play a critical role in building a high-performing engineering culture, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous learning. Candidates for the VP of Software Engineering position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 12 years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5-7 years in senior engineering leadership roles. A proven track record in shipping complex, high-scale products and platforms, and experience in SaaS, consumer tech, fintech, or enterprise software environments is strongly preferred. The role requires deep expertise in modern software architecture, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and DevOps practices, as well as strong people leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with a data-driven approach to decision-making and experience in AI/ML integration or modern frontend/mobile stacks.
