The Company is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Manager for Multi-Asset Retirement Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the research and implementation of UK retirement solutions, with a focus on member alignment, asset allocation, ESG integration, private market inclusion, and retirement income provision. This role also involves contributing to the oversight of the US and Japan retirement business. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, a relevant professional qualification such as CFA or Fellow Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, and around 10 years of experience in UK retirement markets, particularly in the areas of private markets, ESG integration, and DC retirement investment solution creation. As a senior leader in the Multi-Asset business, the role requires a candidate with a fundamental understanding of investment markets, experience in building multi-asset solutions, and a proven track record in client communication. The candidate should be adept at integrating performance-enhancing research, ensuring compliance with client and product guidelines, and overseeing the efficient implementation of research into the solutions. Additionally, the role demands a relentless intellectual curiosity, a drive for excellence, and a commitment to promoting the company's core values. The candidate will also be expected to provide commercial leadership, engage in product innovation, and contribute to the development of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture within the business.
