Vice President, Prime Services Strategy Execution Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to originate and lead strategic initiatives and growth projects across its prime finance business. Responsibilities include developing and implementing growth roadmaps, conducting market and client analyses, and identifying opportunities to expand products and reach new client segments. The role will coordinate cross-functional workstreams and partnerships to develop integrated financing solutions, improve commercial economics, and establish scalable risk and operating frameworks. The Vice President will also support senior leadership with strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and execution tracking. Candidates should have relevant experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, or business management within investment banking or prime brokerage. They should understand equities and prime finance, including securities lending, synthetic financing, repo, margin methodologies, balance-sheet usage, and client economics. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, mathematics, or a related field is required; professional designations such as CFA or CAIA are advantageous. Strong communication and executive storytelling skills, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
