The Company is seeking a Vice President, Technical AI Solutions Engineer to join their Core Engineering team. This role is pivotal in the development and operation of the platforms, applications, data solutions, models, and analytics that drive critical processes across various business units, including risk, financial control, compliance, and human capital management. The successful candidate will be part of a centralized engineering structure that leverages cloud, AI, and machine learning for innovation and efficiency. Key responsibilities include rapid prototyping and application delivery, business partnership for solution architecture, and production AI/ML integration. The role demands a hands-on approach, combining client-facing problem discovery, engineering execution, and the transition of solutions to ensure long-term support and scalability. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related quantitative field, with at least 9 years of experience in software engineering. Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go is essential, as is a strong background in modern software engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. The role requires experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a proven track record in translating business requirements into cloud-optimized application architectures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML integration, including LLM APIs, and experience in building and deploying AI applications in a production environment.
