The Company is seeking a Vice President, Technology Lead Business Analyst to connect business users and technology teams, clarify requirements, and support business planning through analysis. The role will lead global treasury technology projects, coordinate with regional stakeholders, and guide work from requirements gathering and functional design through user acceptance testing and implementation. Responsibilities include assessing regional needs, proposing practical solutions, managing project priorities and timelines, and partnering with development, testing, program management, and production support teams to ensure quality delivery. The successful candidate will also prepare project status updates for senior leaders and support consistent practices across the software development lifecycle. Candidates should have several years of banking experience focused on treasury, including familiarity with treasury applications for money markets, bonds, and derivatives, and an understanding of money-market risk calculations. Strong knowledge of banking systems, interfaces, and end-to-end processes is required, along with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and create use cases, process flows, and activity diagrams. Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, plus a basic understanding of database queries, is expected. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
