The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and operational excellence. The COO will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into operational plans, ensuring consistent execution across all sites, and maintaining a strong focus on mission and operational discipline. This senior executive will lead a team of functional leaders, including those in finance, career services, and program delivery, and will be the primary integrator to guarantee that all functions are aligned and working towards the same goals. The role demands a high level of accountability, the ability to think strategically, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in operations, nonprofit management, or a related field, with a proven track record of multi-functional team management and organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in building operational infrastructure, financial oversight, and a strong background in workforce development or related environments. Key qualifications include the ability to manage and develop senior leaders, set clear performance expectations, and ensure accountability for measurable outcomes. Strong analytical and systems thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to identify and address operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
