Fractional Vice President, Conventional Trust

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Conventional Trust to manage client relationships and service accounts across cash, securities, and commercial paper workflows. Responsibilities include handling service requests, investigating and resolving exceptions and inquiries, and escalating issues when needed. The role supports client onboarding, account setup, and settlement validation, while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and performance metrics. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, follow risk and compliance procedures, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in financial operations and Conventional Trust, along with a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. Familiarity with market utilities and messaging systems, including payment networks, securities depositories, custodians, and counterparties, is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential. Experience integrating artificial intelligence solutions is an advantage.
