The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager for Commercial Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of primarily private clients, ranging from complex credits to deposit-only relationships. This role involves acting as the lead negotiator with prospects and clients, growing revenue through new business prospecting, and expanding existing client relationships. The SVP will also be expected to provide financial advice, identify and sell appropriate bank products and services, and build strong relationships with referral sources. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 12 years in sales or relationship management, and advanced skills in computer operation and software. Intermediate knowledge of banking compliance regulations and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to make significant decisions, organize and prioritize work, and address complex problems.
