The Company is seeking a Senior Aerospace and Defense Relationship Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising industry clients and prospects, delivering tailored financial solutions, and serving as their primary contact and trusted advisor. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients and prospects with a focus on those with EBITDA above $5 million, and requires the ability to build, deepen, and retain profitable client relationships. The Senior Relationship Manager will also be expected to analyze financial and cash flow statements, partner with various specialists to design financial solutions, and adapt sales practices to meet the evolving needs of the market and industry. Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' related experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and advanced knowledge of general banking operations, regulatory compliance, and commercial banking products and services. The role demands a professional with advanced experience in prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions. The ideal candidate will possess advanced corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen, as well as excellent communication skills. The position may require up to 50% travel and the ability to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
