Vice President for Advancement

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Advancement to join its senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the institution's philanthropic future. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of defining and executing strategies that align with the school's long-term goals. This role is not only about fundraising but also about building and nurturing relationships, both within the institution and with external partners. The VP will be a close strategic partner to the President, working to cultivate key relationships and ensure that philanthropic investments are in line with the school's highest priorities. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and people-centric leadership style, with a focus on investing in and developing a high-performing, mission-driven advancement team. They will be responsible for fostering a culture of philanthropy across the school, engaging with faculty, staff, trustees, alumni, and volunteers to connect the institution's mission with philanthropic opportunities. The role requires a leader with emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a genuine appreciation for the educational philosophy of the institution. While a connection to the Jesuit tradition is valued, it is not a prerequisite, and the company welcomes candidates from all backgrounds who are prepared to support its mission.
