Vice President of Clinical Specialties

The Company is seeking a strategic, mission-driven executive to serve as Vice President of Clinical Specialties. The role provides executive leadership for specialty service lines and partners with senior leadership to advance clinical quality, operational performance, provider engagement, and service growth. Key priorities include strengthening specialty care operations, improving access and patient outcomes, supporting provider recruitment and retention, and developing future clinical leaders. The Vice President will also establish accountability through performance metrics and data-informed decision-making, ensuring services align with the organization’s mission and strategic priorities. Candidates should be accomplished physician executives with leadership experience in ambulatory healthcare services. Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and specialty service lines is preferred, along with the ability to lead clinicians across areas of specialty care. Strong expertise in strategy, operations, quality improvement, and organizational growth is required. The successful candidate will also bring the leadership skills needed to improve performance and guide clinical teams through expansion.
