Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The role oversees talent acquisition, engagement, retention, performance management, compensation, benefits, health and safety, and HR operations for full-time and seasonal employees. The successful candidate will advise senior leaders, manage employee relations and policy development, ensure compliance in collaboration with legal counsel, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. They will also use HR systems to improve efficiency and provide on-site HR support for events as needed. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive, hands-on HR experience, including five years in a senior or leadership role and prior experience supervising an HR team, is required. Applicants should bring in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, along with strong communication, consultation, analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills. Professional HR certification is desirable, and experience in sports and entertainment is an advantage.
