Vice President of FP&A & Analytics

The Company is seeking a VP of FP&A and Analytics to play a pivotal role in the financial transformation of the organization. This executive position is focused on modernizing enterprise data systems, driving corporate financial strategy, and building real-time analytical capabilities. The successful candidate will lead the evolution of FP&A from traditional reporting to advanced, automated, and AI-enabled financial operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the corporate FP&A team, partnering with the executive leadership to align financial systems and technology, and leading the adoption of AI-driven planning and forecasting. The role also involves managing the annual operating budget, long-range financial plans, and working closely with sales and operations to refine pricing strategies. Applicants for the VP of FP&A and Analytics role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A CPA, MBA, or CFA is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting, and experience with modern FP&A tools and systems. Exposure to international operations and various business models is also a key qualification.
