Provost

The Company is seeking a Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs to serve as its chief academic officer and a strategic partner to senior leadership. The Provost will provide collaborative, visionary leadership across the academic enterprise, advancing educational quality, faculty excellence, student-centered innovation, and partnerships that support enrollment, retention, and student outcomes. The role includes championing the institution’s mission, fostering academic renewal and thoughtful change, and building a shared vision with faculty and staff. The Provost will also promote academic rigor, intellectual curiosity, and a sense of belonging while supporting the success of the campus community. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished academic leader who champions shared governance and understands the opportunities and challenges facing residential liberal arts institutions. They should bring the ability to lead academic innovation, strengthen faculty and student success, and align academic priorities with long-term institutional health.
