The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Medical Officer for Integrated Care and FQHC Development to lead readiness and implementation planning for a federally qualified health center look-alike program. Responsibilities include developing governance, compliance, reporting, and primary care operating systems; overseeing clinical quality and physician and advanced practice provider performance; and improving access, care coordination, patient experience, and financial outcomes. At least five years of relevant leadership experience is preferred; experience in primary care, integrated care, public health, population health, or federally supported health programs is valuable. Candidates should bring strong knowledge of clinical quality, patient safety, primary care operations, and integrated care, with familiarity with federal health center requirements, compliance, reporting, and medication-access programs strongly preferred.
