The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a strategic operations role within the private assets division. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated function that bridges the gap between project design and operational adoption, with a focus on transformation delivery, project execution, business analysis, and implementation support. This role is pivotal in setting out operations' requirements with IT and the transformation office, and the candidate will be expected to have a deep technical and operational knowledge, a transformational mindset, and a strong sense of ownership through to adoption. Key responsibilities for this role include supporting data, reporting, and platform delivery, gathering and documenting requirements, building, testing, and maintaining reporting outputs, investigating data quality issues, and supporting platform implementation tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years' of experience in private assets accounting or operations, with a solid technical knowledge of private assets processes and the data they produce. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. The role also requires advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics. A professional accounting designation is an advantage, as is experience with reporting, workflow, or automation tooling. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable working with technology partners, and have a global mindset with the ambition to shape the future of the company.
