Associate Vice President, Red Team Lead Greater Madrid, Spain Area

The Company is seeking a Red Team Lead, AVP to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's AI security transformation, leading the adversarial testing of AI platforms and applications to identify and mitigate emerging AI-driven threats. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing the firm's AI red-team methodology, testing standards, and conducting in-depth assessments for a range of AI vulnerabilities. The Red Team Lead will be responsible for providing risk-rated findings, actionable remediation guidance, and staying abreast of the latest AI attack techniques to ensure the company's resilience against evolving security challenges. Applicants for the Red Team Lead position should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in offensive security, penetration testing, application security, or vulnerability research, with a recent focus on AI/ML, LLM, RAG, or agentic systems. The role requires a strong background in discovering, validating, and communicating vulnerabilities across various technical domains, as well as the ability to extend offensive-security techniques to address frontier AI threats. Experience in partnering with engineering teams for remediation and a proven track record of leveraging AI tools for security purposes are essential.
