Associate Vice President, Red Team Lead Greater Madrid, Spain Area

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's AI security transformation, leading the adversarial testing of AI platforms and applications to identify and mitigate emerging AI-driven threats. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing the firm's AI red-team methodology, testing standards, and conducting in-depth assessments for a range of AI vulnerabilities, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration, and RAG manipulation. The Red Team Lead will be responsible for providing risk-rated findings, actionable remediation guidance, and staying abreast of the latest AI attack techniques to ensure the company's resilience against evolving security challenges. Applicants for the Red Team Lead position should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in offensive security, penetration testing, application security, or vulnerability research, with a focus on AI/ML, LLM, RAG, or agentic systems. The role requires a strong background in discovering, validating, and communicating vulnerabilities across various technical domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of extending offensive-security techniques to address frontier AI threats and experience in partnering with engineering teams for effective remediation.
