Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership across a regional business and partner with senior leadership on decision-making and growth. Responsibilities include leading and developing the finance team and overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accounting, tax, compliance, and risk management. The CFO will guide financial workstreams for strategic projects, ventures, and partnerships, assess funding needs, and support capital allocation. The role also covers corporate transactions, due diligence, financing, integration, investment analysis, multi-year planning, process improvement, and finance transformation. Candidates should hold a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline, and bring 15–20 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership or CFO roles. Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial strategy, treasury, performance management, and financial modelling is required. Applicants should have experience with mergers and acquisitions, integrations, corporate development, and investment analysis, along with the ability to lead high-performing teams in an international, matrixed environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, a commercial mindset, and fluent written and spoken English are essential; experience in entertainment, media, or creative industries is valued.
