Head of Service, Maintenance Contracts

The Company is seeking a Head of Service for Maintenance Contracts to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a unit that includes several maintenance contracts, ensuring the proper execution of each contract to meet service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards. This role involves the planning, coordination, and supervision of facility maintenance work, particularly in the areas of HVAC, industrial refrigeration, and other technical installations. The Head of Service will also be tasked with the financial control of the contracts, including accounting analysis, cost and profitability monitoring, budget preparation, and procurement management. Applicants for the Head of Service position should have 3-6 years of experience in facility contract management and hold a degree in engineering, with a preference for industrial engineering. The role requires strong leadership skills to direct and lead the teams assigned to the contracts, as well as the ability to prepare and control budgets, manage supplier and subcontractor relations, and prepare technical and progress reports.
