This role requires the ability to identify processes suitable for automation or AI, design target workflows, and work closely with IT and the Transformation Office to ensure successful implementation. The VP will also be expected to engage with operational teams and technology partners, produce project documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the digital workflow and automation landscape. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in private assets accounting or operations, with a strong background in automation and process improvement. Hands-on experience in automation deployment, workflow design, and system implementation is essential, as is a deep technical knowledge of private assets processes. The role demands a transformational mindset, a global perspective, and the ambition to shape the future of the organization. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required, with a professional accounting designation being preferred.
