Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the development of a modern finance function in line with its clear growth plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and overseeing the finance team, establishing robust governance, reporting, and forecasting processes, and leading the financial aspects of acquisitions and integrations. This role is pivotal in the company's journey, and the CFO will work closely with the CEO, participate in strategic business negotiations, and be a key influencer in the organization's financial and operational strategies. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a strong background in finance, with a preference for those who have worked in organizations with a significant turnover. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in acquisitions, company valuations, and financial management during periods of change. Experience in retail, wholesale, or chain operations is advantageous.
