Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a CEO to lead its well-established brand into the next phase of development. The ideal candidate will be business-driven, with a strong focus on sales, business development, and people management. This role is pivotal in creating the right conditions for sustainable and profitable growth, and the successful CEO will be responsible for leading the company with full business and profit responsibility, driving the implementation of the long-term strategy, and building strategic relationships in the international market. A key aspect of the role is to be a present and trust-building leader, capable of developing the organization, and creating a culture of commitment to the company's journey. The successful CEO will be a confident and non-prestigious leader, combining strategic thinking with operational presence, and will have a background that includes experience in leading a small or medium-sized, preferably owner-managed, company. Experience in consumer goods, premium brands, sports, fashion, or lifestyle industries is advantageous. The role requires a leader who is results-oriented, and who can make people grow, while also being business-like and driving development with a long-term perspective. The CEO will work closely with the management team and the board to ensure the company's strategy is effectively translated into action, and will be the key ambassador for the brand, fostering long-term partnerships with various stakeholders.
