The Company is seeking a Head of Treasury to join their global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide-ranging and influential treasury remit, including cash, debt, foreign exchange, and banking relationships. This role demands a professional who can seamlessly blend strategic input with hands-on delivery, with a focus on enhancing the quality of treasury insight, strengthening controls, and supporting the organization in making informed financial decisions. Key responsibilities for the Head of Treasury include leading cash, liquidity, debt, and foreign exchange management, enhancing cash flow forecasting, managing core banking relationships, and overseeing various treasury-related systems. The role also involves delivering clear and insightful reporting to senior finance stakeholders, supporting the structuring of debt facilities, and driving continual improvements in treasury processes and systems. The ideal candidate will be an experienced treasury professional with a strong technical background, an ACT and/or ACIB qualification, and a proven track record in corporate treasury and/or banking. They should possess excellent analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Strong systems capability, particularly in Excel and treasury-related platforms, is essential. The Head of Treasury will also be expected to have a collaborative, self-motivated, and resilient approach, with the ability to prioritize effectively and experience in coaching or managing others.
