Applicants must have 6-8 years' experience in a similar role within a reputed bank and hold an MBA. The role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of internal and external banking regulations. The Branch Manager will be expected to generate sales, monitor performance against targets, and drive business growth through effective upselling and cross-selling. Additionally, the role involves managing public relations, addressing customer queries and grievances, and ensuring the branch team is trained and compliant with all necessary certifications.
