The Company is seeking a President for its Investment and Insurance Brokerage in the Philippines. This senior role is pivotal in driving the onshore wealth management business, with a focus on shaping the future of investments and insurance for customers. The successful candidate will have end-to-end accountability for the entity's performance, including P&L delivery, sales management, and product expansion, all within a strong control and governance framework. Key responsibilities include owning the growth strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing operational and regulatory risks. The role also involves close collaboration with stakeholders across various business lines to enhance the customer offering and build a scalable distribution model. Candidates for this role should bring a proven track record in senior management within investments, insurance, or wealth distribution, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing environments. Experience in managing P&L performance, setting sales direction, and improving sales productivity is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in building or scaling operating structures, strong governance and control capabilities, and a history of engaging with Boards and regulators. Change management experience and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are also key requirements.
