The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of Victoria's most historic and respected golf clubs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, governance, and long-term sustainability while delivering exceptional value to members and honoring the organization's proud heritage. This pivotal role involves providing strategic leadership, building on a legacy, and ensuring the club's relevance and growth in the future. The CEO will also be the principal executive adviser to the Board, leading organizational performance across all aspects of the club, including financial stewardship, people and culture, member experience, and future capital investment.
