The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the national finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management, financial controls, governance, risk management, business performance analysis, and strategic planning. A key focus of the role is to drive the business towards a more profitability and performance-optimized mindset, with an emphasis on commercial insight and the quality of management information. The successful candidate will be expected to challenge constructively, influence senior stakeholders, and lead the evolution of the finance function towards proactive commercial business partnering. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in a complex environment with a large group of varied stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen, strategic capability, and experience in driving transformation and change initiatives are essential. While experience in legal services, professional services, or partnership environments is highly regarded, exceptional candidates from other complex service-based organizations will also be considered. The role requires a leader with gravitas, credibility at the Board and Executive level, and outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the firm and must be able to balance strategic leadership with operational detail as needed.
