Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board. This executive role has a broad leadership remit, spanning finance, governance, risk, technology, procurement, and supply chain. The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to organizational leadership, strategy, and decision-making. The CFO will lead a diverse portfolio of corporate services functions, ensuring they operate as highly effective business partners to the organization's operational and manufacturing teams. This includes driving performance, alignment, and capability to provide the necessary systems, controls, resources, and support for operational excellence and the delivery of world-class products. The ideal CFO for the company will be a commercially astute and strategically minded finance executive with a proven track record in complex, operationally focused organizations. They should have broad leadership capability and a deep understanding of how to create value by aligning support functions with frontline operations. The role requires an enterprise leader who is an active and engaged member of a high-performing executive team, comfortable influencing at the Board and executive level, and adept at building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. The CFO will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams and must be able to balance robust governance, risk management, and controls with a pragmatic, customer-focused approach that supports organizational performance and growth.
