Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead a significant leadership transition and deliver its strategic priorities. Candidates should bring executive leadership experience in complex, government-funded service delivery environments and a strong understanding of funding, contracting, and policy systems. Essential capabilities include strategic planning, financial management, governance, risk, compliance, securing funding, preparing tenders, and building cross-sector partnerships. Experience in community education, vocational training, employment, or community services is valued, as is relevant experience in adjacent sectors.
