The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Service Center to lead multiple service teams that provide transactional support to industry personnel, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day leadership, people management, and fostering a strong team culture. This pivotal role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key institutional clients, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering with internal teams to drive client satisfaction. The AVP will be expected to monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and recommend resource capacity to meet client service demands. Applicants for the AVP of Service Center position at the company should be strong collaborators and team players, with a service mindset and a background in the finance industry. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with at least 5 years' of experience in the finance industry, emphasizing service and people management, and a minimum of 3 years' of leadership experience in a customer contact center environment. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to influence key decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a Series 7 and Series 24, and will be driven to help clients succeed, embracing creativity, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
