The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Access Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership and oversight of enterprise access operations, with a focus on referral management, continuity of care, centralized scheduling, contact center services, and diagnostic access functions. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance patient access, operational performance, care coordination, and service delivery across the health system. The Executive Director will lead large-scale operational teams, drive initiatives to improve patient flow, referral conversion, and scheduling efficiency, and serve as a key strategic partner in advancing access and patient engagement objectives. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of experience, and a proven track record in strategic alignment, financial management, resource management, and team leadership. The role requires the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, manage complex projects, and ensure successful project delivery.
