This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance patient access, operational performance, care coordination, and service delivery across the health system. The Executive Director will lead large-scale operational teams, drive initiatives to improve patient flow, referral conversion, and scheduling efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of experience, and a proven track record in strategic alignment, financial management, resource management, and team leadership. The role requires a leader with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, manage complex projects, and ensure successful project delivery. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence others, and a commitment to a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and service excellence are essential.
