Vice President of Real Estate Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate to lead the acquisition of exclusive wireless telecommunications rights across a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing these rights through portfolio-wide agreements with a focus on commercial real estate, billboards, and other non-traditional infrastructure. This role involves identifying, sourcing, and closing new portfolios, as well as structuring and negotiating long-term agreements. The Vice President will also be the primary relationship owner for large institutional and municipal partners, handling complex commercial, contractual, and strategic issues, and driving recurring revenue through the management of pre-existing lease structures. Candidates for the Vice President of Real Estate position at the company should have 10-15+ years' experience in real estate, infrastructure, telecom, or portfolio-based deal environments. A proven track record in originating and closing complex, multi-asset real estate or infrastructure agreements is essential, as is strong experience in negotiating long-term, revenue-sharing agreements. The role requires deep relationship management experience with institutional asset owners, and the ideal candidate will be highly entrepreneurial, self-directed, and relationship-driven.
