Vice President, Private Banker Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Private Banker with a VP level experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, generating business results, and advising clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, and credit and banking needs. This role requires a professional with a strong community presence, an established network, and a proven track record of sales success. The Private Banker will be expected to work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide targeted advice, and ensure that the proposed solutions align with the client's short, medium, and long-term objectives. Applicants for the Private Banker position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP being preferred. A minimum of 6 years' of work experience in private banking or financial services is required, along with Series 7, 66, and insurance licenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on the client experience, be proactive, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
