Executive Director, Senior Living

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the overall operations of a senior living community. Responsibilities include developing and supporting staff, overseeing resident care and services, and fostering a welcoming experience for residents and families. The Executive Director will manage budgets and financial performance, support occupancy growth and community outreach, and ensure operations meet applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring performance, addressing concerns and incidents, and driving continuous improvement across departments. Candidates should meet applicable state requirements for an Executive Director and bring leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field. A four-year college degree is preferred, along with strong team-development, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and financial management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to communicate effectively in English are required. Knowledge of dementia care and senior living operations is an advantage.
