Vice President of Operations Greater Milwaukee, WI Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership and accountability across its operating service lines. The role translates organizational strategy into measurable plans and results, oversees day-to-day performance, and aligns staffing, resources, systems, and infrastructure with organizational priorities. Responsibilities include managing budgets and operational KPIs, developing senior leaders, and leading growth initiatives, service expansions, and cross-functional change. The Vice President will also drive continuous improvement, strengthen quality and risk practices, and provide operational updates to the Board as requested. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. At least 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including senior operational responsibility, is required, along with success leading multi-site, multi-program, or multi-business-line operations. Applicants should bring experience managing budgets and financial performance, translating strategy into operational outcomes, developing leaders, and leading organizational change and process improvement. Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making skills are essential; experience in a complex regulated service sector and working with executive leadership or boards is preferred.
