Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Greater Minneapolis, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide enterprise-wide financial leadership and strategic direction. The role leads financial strategy and long-term planning, aligning financial operations with organizational goals and supporting executive decision-making. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll, accounting, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting across multiple entities. The CFO will establish governance and accountability frameworks, oversee risk management and audit readiness, and provide executive reporting on financial performance. The role also supervises the financial leadership team and promotes transparency and financial discipline. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience and strong expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and multi-entity operations are required. Applicants should have experience overseeing payroll, accounting, and enterprise financial systems, along with skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
