The successful candidate will also be responsible for business development, including establishing and nurturing client relationships and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Applicants for the CFO/Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for those holding a CPA and/or MBA. A minimum of 20 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 10 years' in a leadership role, is required.
