Executive Director

The Company seeks an Executive Director to lead its strategy, operations, and financial health while advancing its mission and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. The role includes guiding a senior team, setting organizational priorities, and ensuring effective day-to-day execution. The Executive Director will build and maintain partnerships, support fundraising and revenue development, and represent the organization with external stakeholders. They will also work with the board on strategy, performance, governance, and long-term sustainability, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
