The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and collaborating on technical solutions, owning the success of the delivery, and mentoring other developers. This role requires a hands-on approach to systems analysis, design, coding, and various SDLC activities. The Technical Lead will also be expected to contribute to the continual improvement of the software architecture and development process, as well as ensure that the team adheres to the company's engineering standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis, with at least 3 years' in a technical team lead role. The role demands expert-level knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework, as well as a deep understanding of microservices and best practices. Experience with MongoDB, SCMs like GIT, JIRA, OpenShift, Docker, and a good understanding of Kafka is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a minimum educational requirement.
