Associate Vice President, Credit Administration

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Credit Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical activities, including the monitoring and control of the credit portfolio, regulatory and internal reporting, and the identification and escalation of any irregularities or warning signals. This role also involves supporting the Unit Head in process and system improvements, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures, and maintaining standard operating procedures. The AVP will be a key interface for business, operations, risk, and credit admin functions, and will be expected to have a strong background in credit control and monitoring, with a focus on technology and innovation. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in credit control and monitoring or credit administration. The role requires the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to change, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The AVP will be involved in various key areas, such as limit monitoring, covenant management, exposure monitoring, and supporting the business in security-related activities. Additionally, the role demands a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring that adequate controls are in place and that all applicable risks are identified and maintained. The ideal candidate will be a technology-oriented professional with a strong commitment to the values of the company, including a customer-first approach and a dedication to responsible banking.
